Explanation of the oversubscription method:

The excess contribution will be refunded.

Presale 2 will start on September 15 at 12:00 UTC + 0 and end on September 28 at 12:00 UTC + 0.

Taxpayers will receive their BNB refund immediately on the deadline if the target is exceeded. All contributors will receive an amount equal to their MONI allocation percentage of the total amount exceeded.
