Windows 10 game DVR will receive several improvements in Redstone 4
Microsoft is in the midst of developing what will be its next big update for Windows 10 after the recent launch of the Fall Creators update , we refer to what is currently known as the code name of Redstone 4.
As has happened on other occasions in the past, the Company based Redmond develop new features that it will implement, improving some of the existing ones and correcting errors detected in previous versions of the system. In this way and thanks to Insider program the company, bit by bit and over the last few weeks we have already been able to see some of the improvements that the aforementioned Redstone 4 will receive at the Spring 2018 .
Well, now it's the turn of one of the sections that Microsoft gave the most importance in the last two updates major , we refer to the games on its platform. This is why we have come to know that one of the basic elements of all this, like the GameDVR , will receive significant improvements in the next Windows 10 update.
All of this has been seen in the build 17046 recently released by Microsoft for insiders , which showed a completely redesigned game DVR and with a look much more in line with Fluent Design that the company seeks for its tools and its features.
In this way, in principle, we will find a bar larger than its predecessor, completely translucent and also compatible with light and dark modes so that we can personalize it. On the other hand and with regard to its functions , several shortcuts have also been added so that we can find ourselves more quickly in our profile Xbox Live , in the profile for the platform Mixer , in the file of recordings , as well as in the Game DVR Configuration Section.
A clock has also been added to the bar itself and from now on we will be able to access some settings by means of new integrated buttons. Of which there is no doubt that this new game bar in the Redstone 4 will look much more elegant and attractive in line with the firm's Fluent Design.
