NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.468: new and improved version of the popular ESET antivirus
Guys ESET released a new version of their program antivirus : NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.468 . This popular antivirus, which uses patented ThreatSense technology, is distinguished by proactive protection and being one of the fastest and with the lowest consumption of resources today. It takes up only 35MB installed and consumes around 44MB of RAM. It is available for operating systems Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista et Windows 7 , both in versions 32 bits et 64 bits .
NOD32 Antivirus 4.0.468 incorporates the following improvements and new features compared to the previous version:
- Fixed a bug with the injection of external drivers in ESET SysRescue under Microsoft Windows 7 RC
- Fixed an error when sending a file using the “Send to…” option by right-clicking on the file. This problem only occurred when using Windows XP and Microsoft Outlook 2003 when the Microsoft Outlook process was not running
- Fixed issue with test mechanism
- Fixed a bug where Mozilla Thunderbird would crash with IMAP accounts when receiving a viral message
- Better compatibility with server operating systems
- Improved HTTP scanning support
- Minor fixes and improvements
