WhatsApp is about to make video calls

A German blog posted two images in which you can see a video call in a higher version of WhatsApp which is still in testing . It looks like this form of communication will soon arrive at the final version.

Of course, the german blog in which the images were posted has not confirmed that the video calls will arrive immediately, even if they imply that they are very close . The version of these screenshots is 2.12.16.2 and the current version of WhatsApp for iOS is 2.12.12.

Although these are only two images, we have several clues as to what this new WhatsApp video calling service can really be. The first thing that catches our attention is that we will see the thumbnail of our image, that is to say what our interlocutor sees, at the bottom of the screen.
