How to open a crdownload file in Windows 10

Browsers can download files, and some have pretty decent download managers built in. While you'll find a download manager in most modern browsers, the way the browser handles a download will be different from browser to browser. The files, when downloading, should be stored somewhere until the download is complete and the file is ready for use. Some browsers choose to keep the file hidden while downloading, while others, like Chrome, create a file at the download location that represents the current download. This file has the extension crdownload.
