How to Install Linux Ubuntu Operating System from USB on My PC - Steps and Requirements

How to install Ubuntu from another version of Linux?

If we already have another Linux distro on our computer and want to change it to Ubuntu , or if we just have an old version and want to update it; the process is similar to what we would do if we were on Windows.
